They have to win their next three games because they are all on the road. They need to do this to get their bowl dreams back on track.

Lafayette is not a well-known team across the country, but they played well in their 41–33 loss to Tulane and have enough attack to be a problem.

The Ragin’ Cajuns’ Sun Belt season starts next week when they play Southern Miss.

Why Louisiana Will Win

With a strong start to the year from the line, the offense has a good mix.

They do not let a lot of plays happen behind the line, they have been good at stopping the run game, and the defense is doing its job.

It had trouble with Tulane’s ground game, but that should not be a big deal against a Demon Deacon team that is not great on the ground. But…

Why Wake Forest Will Win

Wake Forest tries to run the ball, that is not the case.

It worked well against North Carolina A&T but not against Virginia or Ole Miss. It will be somewhere in the middle when they play Louisiana.

The offense and quarterback Hank Bachmeier will throw the ball around right away, but the game plan also calls for about 40 runs.

If you do not change your ground game, it will start to work in this over time.
