The Greene County Sheriff’s Office says that a man was arrested after his parents’ bodies were found in their home on Friday.
In the 500 block of Hartman Lane, deputies and agents from the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation went to a house for help. Two Wilhoits, 68 years old Cassandra and 60 years old Ray “Allen,” were found dead.
They had their 35-year-old son, Jessie Wilhoit, taken by deputies.
Two counts of first-degree murder were brought against Jessie Wilhoit.
Their set his bond at $2 million, and his court date is Monday at 8:30 a.m.
The investigation has not ended yet.
