Some people in the United States will get a new check from the Social Security Administration on September 25. For this new group to get the check, they must meet the requirements.
You can not get the payment if you do not meet the requirements; you would be in a different group of seniors.
There are only two things that need to happen for this Social Security payment to be sent to you.
On the one hand, we must have had the retirement check for a certain amount of time. But our birthday has to be within a few days of the end of the month. So, people who meet these conditions can get their payment on September 25th with the COLA raise added.
September 25th Social Security Administration Eligibility Requirements
As was already said, there are two things you need to do to get the September 25th check. We do not have to worry if we do not meet the standards because the money should already be in our checking account.
This is the last payment for September. We will not get our check again until October after this payment. So, here are the things you need to do to get your September 25th Social Security Administration payment:
- Have a retirement benefit since after May 1997.
- Have a birthday between the 21st and 31st of any month.
On September 25, people in the US who meet these conditions can get a check for up to $4,873.
The Social Security Administration sends the check today, but you need to set up Direct Deposit to get it right away. If this method is not used, the money will show up a few days later.

How do I increase my Social Security Administration payment?
Being ready for retirement ahead of time is important if you want to get the biggest check from Social Security. Three things are very important for getting a good retirement check. These are the three parts:
- Retirement age.
- Years worked.
- Salary as a worker.
We have to be 70 years old to get the biggest check when we retire. Also, we need to think about both how much we made as a worker and the fact that we had to work for 35 years before we could ask the Social Security Administration for a check.
