Start with this. Army and Navy play on December 14, after the College Football Playoff and bowl games are set. It is a non-conference game, though, so they can play for the AAC title before their annual rivalry.
The army is not the problem. If they do not beat UTSA, which is the last team left on the conference schedule, it will be a surprise. It should go in unless something goes wrong.
As long as Navy does not lose to East Carolina in the last game of the regular season, this weekend’s game between Tulane and Navy should be for second place. Let us say for now that the game in Annapolis is an AAC play-in game.
