Millions of people in the United States depend on their Social Security payouts, which always come in the last few months of the year. The months of November and December are coming up quickly, so it is important to know the official calendar.
Based on their date of birth and when they first started getting their benefit, each group of retirees will get their check on a certain day. Due to the timing of these payouts, the Social Security Administration (SSA) can keep sending out mail all month long.
People who get Supplemental Security Income (SSI) or retirement benefits should know that they will get their money before the end of the year.
Because of this, it is important to carefully check the dates every month, since some checks will be sent early because they fall on weekends or holidays.
