Drew Barrymore and Gayle King are open about their sleep habits. On today’s episode of The Drew Barrymore Show, King explained why she prefers to sleep commando.
The two women began the broadcast with a discussion about the advantages of sleeping naked. According to a VeryWell report, stripping down before bedtime can help regulate your body temperature, put you into a deeper sleep, and even reduce stress.
King, on the other hand, does not sleep naked.
“I sleep in a big, old, worn-out T-shirt because I do not like wearing underwear,” she said. “Because I like how cool it is down there.” I do it at night.
Barrymore said she used to tell her daughters to do the same thing. She has two daughters with her ex-husband Will Kopelman.
“I used to tell the girls, ‘You must let it breathe.’ They would be so horrified by this.'” “Let us take a moment to breathe,” she remembered.
“Always wearing diapers?” Not at all. We are going to go on a walkabout and see what happens. Women should feel the breeze, too.
When King asked Barrymore, “Since we have never slept together, Drew, how do you sleep at night?” everyone looked at her. “Not yet, Gayle,” the talk show host joked.
They joked around about what those headlines would look like.
“That would make a story.” Could you picture? Drew Barrymore and Gayle King are seeing each other. “That would make a story,” King said, then added, “We are both alert and available.”
Barrymore then said, “And it turns out to be very straight.”
At the end of the segment, the actress from 50 First Dates talked about the only time she gets to sleep naked.
“This is how I do things.” She said, “I will sleep naked if no one is in the house, not even the kids—they go stay with their dad for the night.” “I love it.” I shut all the doors and walk around like a little J. Bird.
