It looks like the College Football Playoff game if it is not already one.
With a little luck, the loss could still run the table and win 10-2. If it were LSU, the SEC Championship would still likely go to them, but A&M can not lose another SEC game now.
It will not be too bad for the Aggies after this. They have to go to South Carolina, then New Mexico State, and finally Auburn. That is all before we play Texas.
LSU now has to play Alabama, Florida at home, Vanderbilt, and a likely desperate Oklahoma in the last few games.
Get ready for one of the weekend’s most exciting games.

Texas A&M (6-1), LSU (6-1)
Why LSU Will Win
LSU has a guy.
When Brian Kelly runs an offense, the quarterbacks always play their best, but even for LSU, the level of skill has been very high lately.
I can see that Jayden Daniels was and still is very special. Now the team has Garrett Nussmeier, a 6-2, 200-pound bomber who throws a few picks here and there but keeps firing.
Texas A&M has not had to deal with many strong passing teams. Missouri has a pretty good offense when their defense is not very good, but Mississippi State?
Not really, and last week it threw for 242 yards. Florida? Nope. Notre Dame? Riley Leonard could be a better passer, but he is not there yet.
The Aggies have given up 240 yards or more in four of the last five games. This is the first time they will be hit really hard through the air. LSU keeps the chains going well; it is second in the SEC in passing, just behind Ole Miss, and…
Why Texas A&M Will Win
Texas A&M has a guy.
Weigman is a better pro possibility than Nussmeier because he has the size, arm strength, and mobility to improve his game.
He got off to a rough start and then got hurt, but he came back to be almost perfect against Missouri and good enough against Mississippi State.
It looks like this will be a shootout, and making those extra pass or two could make all the difference. Nussmeier is more likely to miss than Weigman.
The ground game comes next. A&M is second in the SEC on the ground, behind Tennessee. LSU’s attack is hit or miss, in part because Nussmeier does not run the ball a lot.
Run, come up with third down plays that you can handle, and…
LSU vs Texas A&M: Who Will Win
This is one of those games where Texas A&M could do something really big, but they don’t.
It has the skills and potential to beat LSU in every way, but the lines will make the difference.
There will be a pass rush from both teams, but LSU’s will be a bit stronger. The O line will be better at protecting the pass, and this great game will come down to late kicks.
Damian Ramos from LSU and Randy Bond from Texas A&M will both play a lot. The last swing of the leg will go to Ramos.
