It looked like no one was paying attention to Tulane until it scored 71 points against a bad UAB team.

The real test is next week at North Texas. The tests at Navy and Memphis are in a month. People will start to notice Rock Rice again.
To end a string of three straight losses, the Owls beat UTSA last week. It was their first win against an FBS team.
With four road games in the next five, it needs to stay hot since it has been very uneven.
