Why Georgia Southern Will Win
There are the pieces. Even though Georgia Southern does not have as much offense as Ole Miss, it has enough to keep pressing. It is going to hit back.
When the Eagles throw the ball, good things can happen.
So far this year, it is been toned down a bit, but it tore up Boise State in the loss and was great in the wins over Nevada and South Carolina State.
The Ole Miss defense has been great overall, but Middle Tennessee and Wake Forest both got 250 yards or more through the air. The Eagles will keep the attack going.

The Ole Miss attack is one of the few that can easily beat Georgia Southern in total plays, scoring at least 70.
It works so well, so quickly, and so efficiently that no one can keep up. Georgia Southern has a team that attacks. To never, ever miss is not good enough, tough.
The offense is getting all the attention and love, but the defense has only given up nine points and is doing a great job of getting into the middle. It should put enough pressure on Georgia Southern’s skill parts to cause a few breaks of serve.
