Seed Predictions for the NCAA Tournament Bracket as Conference Tournaments Get Underway

The main conference tournaments have begun, and now it’s all about who ruins everything up.

The 68 teams are quite apparent, even after accounting for the automatic invites to the one-bid conferences, and there won’t be much drama this year unless a bad club goes on an insane run to a big conference championship.

The Mountain West battle between Boise State and San Diego State on Thursday is almost probably an elimination game, at least if the Broncos lose; a defeat would put the Aztecs on life support.

The big X-factor, however, is the ACC. If North Carolina and Wake Forest go off, it will dash a few dreams. The other Big Ten teams to keep an eye on are Ohio State and Indiana; if your team is on the bubble, root for them to fail quickly.
