Millions of people in the United States who get Social Security will get their regular payouts until November 2024. These payments are necessary for them to meet their daily needs.
The payment plan changes for each retiree or beneficiary based on when their first benefit was sent to them.
Many people will only get one deposit into their account each month, but some lucky people may get two. Besides that, some people might get three or more of them.
It is important to know how Federal Assistance Programs like Social Security and other government aid payments work.
In addition to helping retirees, these services also help people with disabilities and low-income people who are eligible for Supplemental Security Income (SSI).
In this case, some people who are supposed to get money could get extra money in November.
If we are qualified, we could get two payments in November. The first payment would be for SSI early in the month, and the second payment would be for SSDI or another Social Security benefit in the middle of the month.
Who could get two payments in November?
People who receive benefits from both Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) may get two checks in November.
This is because, based on the beneficiary’s date of birth, SSI payments are sent out at the start of the month and SSDI payments are sent out later in the month.
As an example, people who qualified for both SSI and SSDI will get their first SSI payment on November 1, and their second SSDI payment on other dates later that month.
This double payment in November is for people who qualified for both of these programs because they work well together.

Besides that, we should also know that on November 29th, we may get an extra Supplemental Security Income (SSI). If we have Direct Deposit set up as a payment way, this means we will get three payments during the month.
Key Payment and Eligibility Dates
Supplemental Security Income is sent to everyone who is qualified on November 1. SSDI payments, on the other hand, follow the regular Social Security schedule.
People whose birthdays are between November 1st and 10th will get their check on November 13; people whose birthdays are between November 11th and 20th will get their check on November 20; and people whose birthdays are between November 21st and 31st will get their payment on November 27.
To be clear, these are the days of the full November payment plan:
- November 1:Â Supplemental Security Income payments for all Supplemental Security Income recipients.
- November 1:Â Retirees with a benefit prior to May 1997 can receive this payment.
- November 13:Â Retirees with post-May 1997 checks who have a birthday between the 1st and 10th collect on this day.
- November 20:Â Retirees with post-May 1997 checks with a birthday between the 11th and 20th get payment on this day.
- November 27:Â Retirees with post-May 1997 checks with birthdays between the 21st and 31st get payment this day.
- November 29:Â December Supplemental Social Security payment. This is because December 1 is a weekend.
People who get SSI or SSDI must keep their information up to date with the Social Security Administration so that they do not have to wait for payouts. So, make sure your banking information is right and your contact information is up to date.
