College Football Fans Have Bold Predictions for Week 4

With a LOADED college football Saturday on the horizon, I felt it was optimal to ask college football fans for bold predictions. I love doing this and seeing the wide variety of takes. I love some of ‘em and hate others. What can ya do? That’s just how the cookie be crumbling. So without further ado, let’s take a look at some of these takes…

FWIW, my bold prediction is that Army beats Syracuse by a touchdown or greater. Added a confidence level of 5.5/10. I’ve fallen deeply in love with service academy football this season and I’m kind of scared…

We all tend to overuse the term “special” now but bruh… Dante Moore is actually special. This kid is so far beyond where any true freshman should ever be.

If my incredible takes about Duke being an elite team in 2023 all come to a crashing halt because Twitter user @LilBonaX manifested a monsoon and a sloppy UConn victory… I’d be very sad and equally impressed.

Holy moly! That’s a lot of points for an Iowa offense.

This makes me happy. Washington Oregon State Beavcougs are the TRUE ALLIANCE! I’m taking Wazzu on Saturday. One of the most underrated teams in all of America.

Hey man… Ain’t no way Cade Klubnik ever re-enters the Heisman conversation this season, and you can thank Dabo Swinney for that.

I really don’t know why I’m so pumped to watch this Big Ten West mess on Friday night. Maybe it’s because my Wisconsin spoiled dairy raid takes are aging like fine wine… Welp. All aboard the Boilermakers train here I guess. I’ve gotta continue to back up my predictions from August.

Sickos Committee Game of the Millenium of Week 4.

I sure hope the three touchdown favorites get it done straight up!

Yeah… Now Texas is back. Winning at Alabama, struggling against Wyoming, losing to Baylor. If Texas is truly back, this is the blueprint.

It’s funny though because Michael Penix Jr. should legit be atop the Heisman race right now. If not No. 1 then No. 2.

Sending this to Lane Kiffin so he sees the rat poison.

This one hurt to read because Jake was so optimistic about the Aggies just a few weeks ago. And he knew not to get too overly optimistic because of the downward spiral A&M has witnessed since a great win over New Mexico! The confidence level of 2 really hits hard…

I am fully convinced that an Alabama team with a 3-5 record would still receive votes.

Nah… not the MORTAL LOCK! RIP Oklahoma.

*Whispers* Give me this at 7.5 confidence.

I shed a tear when I see people talk so happily about the Sun Belt.

There’s like 100 people tweeting me stuff like this so it must be true.

Death, taxes…

I agree that Sam Hartman will catapult himself up into the top of the Heisman race BUT… as I tweeted during the summer: if I had a Heisman vote and the best player in the country ended up being a non-quarterback, they’d have my vote. I then shouted, if it’s Joe Alt… he has my vote. And I stand by that.

Northwestern winning… AGAIN?! And it broke the confidence scale, wow!

Well that didn’t live for long. Gophers fans and I are all big fans of the freshman sensation Darius Taylor. Now hopefully the offense looks decent…

Nice.

Wholesome.

This has become a weekly tweet.

I am a diehard UCLA fan that has enjoyed (?) mediocrity year after year. My favorite CFB moment was witnessing UCLA comeback from 34 down against Texas A&M. Being at the Rose Bowl for that historic moment is something I’ll never forget. I have written about CFB since I was 14 and my favorite thing to do is give under-the-radar athletes the recognition they deserve. You might know me from @NoContextCFB !
